Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products we cannot accept returns for change of mind.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will prioritise replacing your order in the first instance.

If we come to an agreement to replace or refund your item, we will undertake this process as soon as possible. Please allow 14 days for the funds to clear your account or replacements to arrive.

Refunds will be given only to the original purchaser and via the same method of payment e.g. if you paid via PayPal your refund will be given via PayPal.

If you purchased from a stockist and have any issues please still contact us and we will attempt to resolve your issue.
